Creamy Coconut and Cashew Quinoa Porridge

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of cooked Kiwi Quinoa
  • ¼ cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tbs of cashew butter

Topping

  • 2 tbs of our Kiwi Quinoa Granola
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 tbs yoghurt
  • Freeze-dried raspberries

Instructions

Add the quinoa and coconut milk into a small saucepan. Cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes or so until most of the liquid has absorbed. Turn off the heat and stir through the cashew butter. Transfer into a bowl and top with granola, sliced banana, maple syrup, yoghurt and freeze-dried raspberries.
