We pride ourselves on producing locally grown quinoa which is superior in quality, taste and functionality. As Kiwi Quinoa is wholegrain and has not been tampered with anyway, it retains its complete nutritional profile.
Food safety and quality is central to our beliefs and are both a vital part of growing our business. We use independent laboratories for a wide range of testing. At home we try to grow as much food ourselves to feed our family, knowing it is free of nasty chemicals and inputs. We extend this philosophy to Kiwi Quinoa.
We do not apply any herbicide, insecticide or pesticide sprays on our quinoa plants. We focus on feeding our quinoa in a specific and tailored manor in order to achieve healthy plants which outcompete weeds and pests.
Kiwi Quinoa operates under the Food Act 2014 through a National Programme 1 food saftey programme. Additionally we are an NZGAP approved grower. We partner with leading companies throughout our supply chain in harvesting, testing, logistics and packaging. All of this gives our customers confidence that they are buying the highest quality quinoa in the country.
